Aggressive Fix and Flip Program 92.5%/ 100% Program






When conducting a fix and flip you need to not only make sure you have a great Executive Summary but also the numbers look good to great to present your investor.   Remember in most cases when looking for financing lenders will want to see its a win-win for all parties involved.  Make sure your numbers are accurate.  Include a Bio on yourself and an explanation in the area you plan to do the fix and flip especially if your lender is not familiar with the area or the area is remote.  For more tips feel free to reach me by email at marie@sjmorganple.com
